You may use this form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number to be e-mailed to you. We will send you an e-mail confirmation between the hours of 8am-5pm PST Monday - Friday. If you need to exchange your order use our online form. Please read our Return Policy for exact details.

Your return must meet the following conditions!
By submitting this form, you are stating that the following are true. Creation Engine will return at your cost returns that do not meet the following statements:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Products must be in a resellable condition - undamaged and unmarked, including all documentation and packaging. Software must be sealed and unopened in unmarked and resaleable condition.
We must receive your return within 15 days after you are issued an RMA Number.
Creation Engine is not responsible for reimbursing purchaser if returned products are lost while in transit to Creation Engine. When returning products to Creation Engine, Purchaser should insure the items for full value should anything happen during shipping.
Products should be shipped in original boxes or a quality shipping box.
You must pay shipping costs of the return and Creation Engine is not responsible for lost items - please insure your packages.
Creation Engine retains discretion to deny any returned product damaged by purchaser.
Creation Engine will not accept returns for Avid, Credo Interactive, Maxon, Newtek, Propellerhead, Quark, and SolidWorks products.
Creation Engine will not accept returns after 30 days from Purchaser's receipt of product(s).

Do NOT send your return to us until you receive an e-mail confirmation with your RMA Number - please write it on the outside of your package when you ship it to us.
