:: International Customers
Creation Engine offers products to international academic customers. Some manufacturers authorize us to sell their products to academic customers outside the U.S. Below is the list of manufacturers that offer this discount. Please note: there may be additional restrictions listed next to the manufacturer name.
How to order
• Place your order online for eligible international products (see below for list). Prepayment is required for international orders. Credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers or checks drawn on a U.S. bank are accepted payment methods. All Creation Engine policies apply to international customers.
• After ordering, academic proof must be emailed to id@creationengine.com or faxed to 650.934.3234. Be sure to reference your order number with your academic proof.
• Creation Engine ships all international orders via U.S. Postal Service International Priority Mail. You will receive an email after placing an order with your shipping cost. Once you confirm the shipping cost, your order will be processed. Customer pays any customs fees, import tariffs or taxes at time of delivery. Electronic download orders have no shipping fees.
• International nonprofit customers may order from the list below as long as the manufacturer is also listed on our nonprofit page. Nonprofit proof from international organizations would be the equivalent to the U.S. 501(c)3 designation letter, stating that the organization is a nonprofit.
