:: International Ordering Policies International Customers may purchase some products offered by Creation Engine at academic prices. How to order 1. Orders may be placed online at www.creationengine.com/international or call +1.800.431.8713 2. Prepayment is required and we accept all major credit cards, check/money order, wire transfers or US currency drafted checks as payment methods. 3. After ordering, a copy of your academic proof must be submitted before your order can be processed. 4. Creation Engine only ships through US Mail and UPS for international orders. Customer pays all international shipping and handling costs and any customs fees, import tariffs or taxes. Creation Engine charges for shipping and handling costs. Customer pays any customs fees, import tariffs or taxes directly to the government or customs agent at or after the time of delivery. For online orders, Creation Engine will email rates for approval before shipping. 5. All Creation Engine policies apply to international customers.
